The Law School is organized as part of the Romanian-American University according to the Accreditation Law, the Chart and Decisions of the University Senate.
The management of the Faculty is insured by the Faculty Council made up by students and teaching staff. Its activity is developed according to the components set up by
the University Chart. The executive management of the faculty is assured by:
