Objectives
a new approach for diversifying the partnerships;
enforcing the international experience for students;
strengthening international dimension of study programs;
Increasing the number of international students;
attracting international staff;
enhancing staff skills and expertise for international activities;
enhancing the international dimension of research.
Results
The outcome of the mobility project is:
expanded the partnerships with entities from EEA and increasing the number of students and staff exchange, networking was positive
students and staff are better prepared for the international environment
developed our curricula
developed the entrepreneurial skills of the beneficiaries, both incoming and outgoing
shared best practices
getting in touch with the local community

exchange of relevant information and expertise; students had the possibility to participate in interactive courses;
assist in the improvement of students and staff skills for acting in the international environment;
attracting top students to enrich the study environment;
optimization of our curricula;
developed the entrepreneurial skills of the beneficiaries, both incoming and outgoing;
getting in touch with the local community.
The number of mobilities were:
4 outgoing students for a study mobility

increasing the number of staff incoming and outgoing;
creating a common environment where staff could improve their teaching and working techniques;
Further developed our way of teaching;
Good exposure for our and our partner’s students to various teaching styles and methods;
shared best practices;
consolidating the relationship between RAU and the partner universities.
