Important:
Only "graduates" validated PINs are usable, according to the grades introduced by the faculty inside the integrated electronic platform. Practically, the paper upload can be done only when the student can see inside the GRADES section of his personal institutional account all grades for all disciplines, with passing values for all. If one grade is missing (or below 5) the situation of the candidate is not valid as "graduated" and the paper can not be uploaded.
The upload of the final BA/MA thesis is done ONLY ONCE, after being finalized. The receipt obtained at the end of the upload process must be printed and annexed to the candidate's file. The paper can be uploaded as pdf, doc, docx or rtf - but it MUST be within a single file with a maximum size of 50MB (the paper should include cover, table of contents and content) and the FILE NAME MUST NOT CONTAIN SPECIAL CHARACTERS.
In case that all above conditions are met but the use of your PIN is still forbidden by the system please contact the personnel of the E-Library (ground floor, C building) - with an ID containing your PIN.
