Recent EU legal and political challenges, as landmarks for the federalization trend, determined us to consider the topic of "legal contemporary institutions within the context of the European integration" as being one of great interest for academics and the European society, as a whole.

Permanently, the EU and its Member States need to come up with strategies and to adapt the integration process to the specific legal and political needs of the region. In this context, the Conference will address the following main topics:

1. Higher Education System Reforms According the the Bologna Process
2. Facts and Perspectives within the National Legal System, in the context of Romania's EU Integration
3. Legal Protection of human Rights

Authors can present their contributions in two ways:
- in person: oral or poster presentation;
- virtually: if you cannot attend in person.

An abstract of maximum 1500 characters should be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]. Please have in mind that the abstract's submission deadline is 31st of October, while the final paper should be received by the Scientific Committee until the 7th of November 2017 and it must be accompanied by a short CV. The final paper should be written in Romanian or English (the abstract should be in English) and should have no more than 5 000 words; for citation, formatting and grammar style we kindly ask you to follow the Template. Selected papers will be published in our CLI Proceedings.

Conference fee: 100 lei (approx. 25 eur)
